The event will bring together industry experts, business leaders and academic researchers around the theme \u201cNavigating the Future of Supply Chains in Africa.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the forum is to enhance supply chain management practices across the continent. More than 250 people already have registered to attend.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Business Forum will feature prominent African, European and U.S. entrepreneurs and business executives as keynote speakers, panelists and session leaders. As the only woman in Africa to have established a large-sized cocoa processing facility, she will speak on \u201cAdvancing the Cocoa Sector Supply Chain: A Processor\u2019s Perspective.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the forum will feature presentations on the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/carisca.knust.edu.gh\/lmi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ghana Logistics Managers Index<\/a><\/strong> (LMI) and the <strong>African Continental Free Trade Area<\/strong> (AfCFTA). The LMI is a tool CARISCA created in 2022 to support business decision makers. The quarterly index is a predictive indicator of the overall Ghanaian economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AfCFTA is an agreement signed in 2019 to create an action plan for boosting intra-African trade.
