Wearing dressier clothes to work is a behavior you’d think would tip off your boss that you’re interviewing for a new job position. Professor of Management Peter Hom and his research partners examined a list of more than 900 characteristics of employees who are about to quit, narrowing it down to the top 13 signs. Surprisingly, wearing dressier clothes to work is not one.
