The series highlights insights from distinguished service leaders in Academia and Industry.  \nThe live webinar\, exclusively for our board members and CSL network members\, will take place on Thursday\, August 29 at 9:00 a.m. (AZ/PT) with CSL Executive Director Thomas Hollmann\, who will sit down with Adrian Paull\, longstanding CSL board member\, contributor\, advocate\, and retired Vice President of Customer & Product Support for Honeywell. Adrian has over 35 years of leadership experience in customer support\, business management\, and business development. Thomas and Adrian will sit down for a conversation to discuss Adrian’s contributions to service leadership\, and to delve deeper into the ever changing landscape of service science and its future impact on service leadership. \nThe webinar will\, as always\, allow for plenty of time for Q&A from the audience.
