  • Non-member — $1,900
  • Nonprofit** — $1,100

After October 17 (Cutoff Date)

  • Center member or program alumnus* — $1,850
  • Non-member — $2,000
  • Nonprofit** — $1,100

**Must be a tax-exempt organization and meet the definitions of a 501(c)(3) organization in the IRS Tax Code.

Team Rates

  • 3 – 5 people, rate per person — $1,450
  • 6 – 8 people, rate per person — $1,350
  • 9 – 14 people, rate per person — $1,250
  • 15 – 19 people, rate per person — $1,150
  • 20 people, rate per person — $950

Registration Benefits

Your registration fee includes admission to all sessions, your program materials, and access to the speaker presentations and resources. Also included are two hosted evening cocktail receptions, a plated lunch, two continental breakfasts, and snacks and refreshments for breaks throughout the program.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change and you are unable to attend, the following options are available for your convenience:
Substitution; a colleague is welcome to attend in your place – just contact us and let us know by October 26, 2016 via phone at 480-965-6201 or via email at

Registrations cancelled any time prior to Friday, October 21, 2016 are not subject to any fees. Cancellations received after this date and up to the start of the program are subject to a $200 administrative service charge. Cancellations cannot be made after the start of the program.
