In most service industries, all competitors are technically competent – what differentiates and makes the difference as to why customers choose a service provider often comes down to customer experience.

The W. P. Carey Certificate in Service Experience Management will put you on the cutting edge of knowledge and practice in services leadership. By completing the certificate program, you will have learned what you need to know to compete effectively in the service marketplace today.

Each course in the certificate program is designed to teach a specific skill or set of practices that will lead to success for your organization, whether it be blueprinting a new service or figuring out why there seems to be a gap in quality.

How many courses must I take to earn the certificate?
The certificate program is comprised of four courses:

  • Foundations of Service Excellence
  • Delivering Service Excellence
  • Blueprinting Service Experiences
  • Understanding the Voice of the Customer

What is the cost of completing the certificate?
If you are working on the certificate, each course cost is $299. The total cost for the certificate when you pay in advance is $1075.

How long will it take me to complete the certificate?
The courses are self paced.  The amount of time it takes to complete the certificate is dependent on the pace of the learner.  Courses can be completed at a pace that best meets the learner’s needs, schedule, and goals.
