Elsie Konadu Addae has nine years of administrative experience in office management and human resources and is currently the Administrative Manager for the Center for Applied Research and Innovation in Supply Chain-Africa (CARISCA). She assists in the implementation and development of policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of human resources, programs and policies within the project, administers all doctoral research activities for the program as well as supports the Director of Operations in all administration functions.

Prior to joining CARISCA, she was the Administrative Officer for Unicom Ghana, a unit of Ecom Trading, and later moved to PBC LTD’s Input and Certification Unit serving in the same position.

She received a bachelor’s of science degree in sociology and philosophy from the University of Ghana in 2012 and an MBA in Strategic Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in 2018.
