The Fast Paced World of Technology and Leadership Advice to Survive: In this session, H. Brent Baker, Sr., Maj Gen (Ret), USAF and VP of Global Industry Markets, PTC, will describe the technology changes he’s witnessing in the world of software and in particular through the lens of digital transformation.  Then, he will discuss some “time honored and enduring” leadership tips to survive and even thrive in these changing times.  He will use some examples from his current work as a Digital Transformation Expert within PTC, and then transition to a leadership discussion from his book, “Orders from the General, Leadership Advice from a Two-Star General, Rise Above…Use a Military Mindset for Success in Any Field.”
