The CSL’s Fall Board Meeting event will be taking place Thursday, November 7^th and the morning of Friday, November 8^th.  CSL board member, the Phoenix Convention Center, has agreed to host this event and we appreciate their generosity!  https://www.phoenixconventioncenter.com/ They have a beautiful facility in the heart of downtown Phoenix. The overall agenda is as follows:

• Thursday, November 7^th  – 9:00 to 3:00 – Will be a board member hosted event and you are welcome to bring guests.   We will provide a more detailed agenda close to the fall, but the program features:
  • A behind the scenes tour of the Phoenix Convention Center
  • A special presentation by the chef
  • A panel on Customer Experience by our board and other thought leaders
  • Discussion groups organized around the days’ topic

• Thursday, November 7^th – late afternoon/evening  –  We will follow the event with a Happy Hour.  We might also have a dinner depending on interest.  Please indicate your interest when you register.
• Friday, November 8^th from 8:30 to noon – CSL board business meeting.  Board members only. Sun Devil Fitness Complex, 350 N. 1st Ave, Phoenix AZ, 85003.
